Welcome, Friend. I’m So Glad You’re Here!
If you've found your way to this page, chances are you're longing for something more in your marriage. Not just partnership or teamwork—but to feel truly cherished. Adored. Pursued. To feel like your husband lights up when you walk in the room, the way he did when you were dating.
Maybe you're carrying more than your share - juggling responsibilities, holding everything together, and wondering when it became your job to be strong all the time.
I see you. And I'm here to tell you: You don't have to choose between being strong and being cherished.
You can be both. In fact, when you learn to embrace your strength in the right way, something beautiful happens: your husband naturally responds with more affection, attention, and devotion. He starts pursuing you again. Making you feel adored. Treating you like the treasure you are.
That's what this journey is about.
My Approach
I'm Robin, a Laura Doyle Certified Relationship Coach, I've been a military spouse, a veteran, a corporate professional, a homeschooling mom, and now a grandmother - and through every chapter, relationships have been at the center of it all. I help women transform their marriages by becoming the most empowered, authentic version of themselves - the women they were created to be.
This isn't about changing your husband or managing his behavior. It's about discovering how to receive love, restore intimacy, and create the deeply connected marriage you've always dreamed of. And here's the beautiful truth: when you focus on becoming your best self, your husband naturally responds with more love, attention, and devotion.
Through this faith-based coaching journey, you'll discover how to:
Feel cherished and adored instead of just appreciated for what you do
Receive love and support instead of carrying everything alone
Communicate in ways that draw your husband closer
Restore respect and deep intimacy in your relationship
Create the passionate, connected partnership you've always wanted
Trust God's design for your marriage while becoming stronger yourself
My Faith Foundation
My coaching is rooted in faith and a belief that we were designed for deeply loving, connected marriages. I bring my own faith into how I coach - with grace, humility, and trust that transformation happens when we surrender control. Sessions can include prayer support if that resonates with you, and your personal faith journey is always welcome here. You don't need a specific background - just a willingness to grow.
My Story
My husband and I started dating at 14. I punched him in the stomach on a school bus - and by the way he crumpled, I knew he needed me. I pursued him into ninth grade, called him for homework help even though I had A's and he had C's. He didn't stand a chance.
We married at 19 and 20, and I went on to become an Army officer in an attack helicopter battalion surrounded by men. I learned fast that survival meant being tough, self-sufficient, and never asking for help. That mindset bled straight into our marriage. I made every decision - money, parenting, discipline, household. I was exhausted, raging, and he wouldn't fight back. He was the king of cold wars. I'd scream and "win," but it was never satisfying.
Then I got deployed. When I came back 18 months later, I was bitter. I dragged him to counseling, trying to fix what I honestly wasn't ready to fix. My dream of being a stay-at-home mom felt stolen. I'd come home after a long commute and walk in the door screaming at everybody.
After our youngest graduated, I hit rock bottom. I felt like my life was over. My daughter-in-law handed me a book: First Kill All the Marriage Counselors. I devoured it in three days on a trip to Mexico, did a full apology for years of disrespect, and within two weeks my husband and I created a beautiful retirement plan together. For the first time in a long time, I had hope.
Today, no more nightmares about divorce. No more cold wars. We're learning guitar, dancing bachata, and our home is peaceful and light. My husband finds more and more ways to be my hero every day, and we are closer than we have ever been. The relationships I thought were "just fine"? They're better. The ones that were strained? They're healing. Just the other day I overheard my daughter-in-law tell her mother how blessed she is to have me in her life. That is not how she would have described our relationship before the skills.
A Special Note for Military Families-
I've lived a lot of life chapters - military service, a demanding corporate career, stay-at-home motherhood, homeschooling, and now watching my adult children build marriages and families of their own. Each chapter taught me something different about relationships, identity, and what it means to show up as a woman.
As a veteran and military spouse, I also bring a deep understanding of the unique pressures military life places on a marriage. I lived this. I was deployed for 18 months, came home bitter, and resented my husband for encouraging me to stay in. The skills I'd built to survive in an attack helicopter battalion - self-sufficiency, control, never showing vulnerability - were destroying my marriage. When I finally learned to put those skills down at the front door, everything changed.
If any of that resonates - whether you're a military spouse, a working mom running on fumes, or a woman who's simply ready for more in her marriage - know that I've been where you are. These principles transform marriages across every walk of life.
